" - Former Resident Of Santa Cruz , DiesAtVeimer ., Mrs. George B. Knof has res turned to her home on Logan street after having been called to Weimer, Calif., by the death of her husband, George B. Knoff, July 26. Mr. Knoff had been in poor health for many years and for fifteen months had been at Weimer. Weimer. ' Mr. Knoff was 68 years old, a native of Kansas. He came to California California when a very young man and for years followed mining in, northern California and Nevada. He. came to Santa Cruz with his wife and children about 14 years ago. Private funeral services were held In Sacramento on July 28 and entombment was in ' tha ' East Lawn mausoleum at Sacramento. Besides the ' widow eight chil dren survive, Lillian Walker of San Francisco, George Knoff of Roseville; Violet Rupley of Au burn; Mabel Stoops of San Lean- Lean- dro; Florence Ling of San Jose; Doris van Houten of Los Angeles; and Lynden and Theodore Knoff of Santa Cruz; also a brother, J. H. Knoff of Placer County.
