RICHARD A. TOOMEY, ADVERTISING MAN, DIES Worcester, Mass., Dec, 17 OP) . Richard A. Toomey, one of the best-known best-known best-known advertising men In ths Eastern part of the United States, died today after an illness of several several months. He had been selected as a representative of the United Stales Advertising Clubs to the Conference of the Federation of Advertising Advertising Clubs of the World In London, England, this year but was unable to attend because of his health. He was a native of Chicopee and had held resposlble advertising positions positions In Springfield, Boston, New York and I'oughkeepsle. He had been president of the Worcester Advertising Advertising Club. He was a member of the Knl&hte of Columbus. He Is survived survived by his wife and 12 children.
