Three Given Angola Terms n Court Here Three men were sentenced to the Louisiana State Penitentiary today in 14th Judicial District Court after pleading guilty to felony charges before Judge Cecil Cutrer. Clay Chirico Darretl, 35, of Houston. Tex., drew a two-year term when he pleaded guilty! to theft. Darrett was charged by the Lake Charles City Police for the theft of a camera from the Pine Street Young Men's Christian Christian Association on Jan. 7. Elrick J. Manuel, 20, 415 Hodges St., drew an 18 months sentence when he pleaded guilty to simple robbery. Manuel was charged by the Calcasieti Parish Sheriff's Department Department with the robbery of a bar patron here on Dec. 22. Manuel told Judge Cutrer he was on probation and owed the state 15 months on a previous previous conviction. He will have to serve 33 months, as today's sentence was made to run consecutive consecutive with the previous pro bationary sentence which will be revoked. The third sentence to Angola was given Jessie M. Chaffin, 37, of Kinder, who pleaded guilty to issuing a worthless check here on Dec. 14.
