A. Livingston Livingston announced today. Bud George of Santa Cruz is the only local entry at this time, according to Livingston, who is ' a member of the general regatta committee. Livingston said pleasure craft enthusiasts from as far north as Alaska, as far west as Hawaii and south to San Diego are expected to vie in the five day classic of Western yachting.
