INDOOR FLEET — San Francisco’s Cow Palace was converted into an indoor World Fair for sports yesterday with the opening of the 18th an nual National Sports and Boat Show. The show will run for 11 days from 2 to 11 p.m. weekdays, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.
