Former City Employe Dies Elmer Biggerstaff, a former resident resident of Neosho and also former city employee of this city, died Tuesday, March 30, at Nevada State Hospital No. 3, where he had been a patient for seven weeks. His death was attributed to a complication of ailments. Mr. Biggerstaff's family was at his bedside when death claimed him, He Ls survived by his wife, Mrs. Betty Biggerstaff; by two daughters, Vilma Biggerstaff and Mrs. Dorthie Jackson Jackson of Webb City; by his mother, Mrs. Mary Biggerstaff of Coffeyville, Kan., and one sister, Miss Laura Biggerstaff, at home, and two brothers, brothers, Frank, of Coffeyville, and Lester, of Columbus, Kan. Burial was made in a Nevada ci rnetery.—Contributed.
