, CAMDEN'S MURDER MYSTERY Two Suspects Arrested Who Qulckl Established an Alibi. Camden, N. J., Oct. 14.The mystery surrounding the inurder of Mrs. Emma Zane and her daughter, Mrs. Sarah M Shaw, at their home early Tuesday morning, remains unsolved. The po lice authorities are busily engaged, and they express the belief that the mur derer or murderers will soon be appre hended. Two intoxicated men were arrested in the adjoining township ,of Stockton yesterday afternoon on sus picion of complicity in the murder, They gave the names of Dooney and Geesey, and an alibi for their moment on the night of the murder was estab lished. They were released this morn ing. , The police do not think that the mur der was committed by professional burglars, and are inclined to the theory that the women were murdered by relative or some person well known to the family, who was familiar with the house and who entered it with the expectation of getting money. What particular relative is receiving the greatest amount of suspicion has not been divulged. The authorities have modified to great extent the suspicions they at first entertained against Eli Shaw, the son and grandson of the murdered women, who was in the house at the time the crime was committed and whose cries for help aroused the neigh bors and brought the police to th scene. 1 ' in is of
