The object of these suits is to subject the estate estate of the defendant, James Burk, to the payment payment of judgments against him and in favor of tbe plaintiffs, respectively, which were rendered and docketed prior to the execution of a certain deed of trust from James Burk to James E Burk, trustee, for the benefi of certain creditor named among the defendants. Monarty, deed, are not residents of this Commonwealth, it is ordered that they do appear appear here within one month after due publication publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interest.
