IV; Otter Otter Street, well known resident of Franklin 30 years, died in the Bash-iine-Rossiiian Bash-iine-Rossiiian Bash-iine-Rossiiian Bash-iine-Rossiiian Bash-iine-Rossiiian Hospital in Grove, C'ty Sunday at ." p. m. from a heart ailment.. ailment.. He had been a patient in the hospital 11 days. He was the son of The late Thomas and Jean I.ve Gillies and was horn in Scotland April 10, 1S76. With his family he came to the United States when he was five years old. Mr. Gillies Gillies was caretaker at the T. M. C. A. and had len employed there since May 24, 1628. Mr. Gillies was a member of the First Evangelical Church and the Volunteer Sunday School Class of that church. He was a class leader in ttie church. Mr. -Gillies -Gillies was a member of Venango Iiodge No. 2-Vi, 2-Vi, 2-Vi, 1. O. O. F. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Una May Domer Gillies, one son,Rexford W. Gillies, of Columbia City. Ind., two grandchildren, one brother. Thomas Gillies, of Windber, Pa., and four sisters. sisters. Mrs. Agnes Watson and Mrs. Charlotte Wilson, of Windlier: Mrs. Jean Smith, of Johnstown, and Mrs Mary Gregg, of Pittsburgh. The body will remain at the Burger Funeral Home until 2 p. m. Tuesday, when it will lie removed to the First Evangelical Church for services to be held at 2:30 p. m. Rev. B. E. Coleman will ofliciate. Burial will take place Wednesday in the family plot at the cemetery at Houtsdale.
