Railroaders Widows Get $70,000 Awards NEW YORK, Aprjl 26 (.Judg ments totaling $70,000 were awarded in Brooklyn Federal Court today to the widows of two trainmen who were killed in a Pennsylvania railroad accident. accident. Mrs. Elizabeth Heffner, 33, Lavalle, Pa., received. a verdict for $40,000 and Mrs. Matilda Minchoff, 51, PottsvlUe, Pa., was awarded $30,000. The woman sued .the Pennsylanvla Railroad after their husbands, Frank Minchoff, conductor, and Clayton R. Heffner, brakeman, were killed In a collision between two trains at Nor - rlstown, Pa., March 22, 1934.
