Mary (Edmonds) Frellick death
Death of Mrs. Mary Frellick Mrs. Mary Frellick, who died Nov. 29 at the age of 73 years, spent the greater part of her life near the home where she died. Coming here from Kansas, she was married to Henry Frellick in 1885 near what then was Cherokee Cherokee district near Carrey's Ferry. Her husband died in 1926. She was a member of the Baptist church. Surviving are four of her eight children, Rufus Frellick, Mrs. J. D. Moore and Mrs. Cecil Lynch, all of the home, and J. P. Frellick of Muskogee; one sister, Mrs. Anna Pittsenberger of Tulsa and two brothers, Sam Edwards of Nowata and Frank Edmonds of Pueblo, Colo. Funeral services were conducted at the Afton Baptist Baptist church Monday afternoon at 2:80 by the Reverend Bergen of Picher, assisted by the Reverend Bergen of Picher assisted by the Reverend Savage of Afton. The Fairland American Legion boys were pallbearers.
