T L^fl W -LfClW On Health Visit PROVO—Thomas George Blevins, 62, sheriff of Moffat county, Colorado, died Friday night of influen/.a at his residence, 241 South Fourth East street, where he had resided .since October, when he came here for his health. He was born July 17, 1872, in Aurora, Aurora, Texas, a son of Nathan W. and Luella Sharp Blevins. He moved to -raig, Colo., in 1904, where he had lived unlil last fall. He had served a.s sheriff of Moffat county .since 1926. He was a member of the Craig Elks iodge, the I. O. O. F. and the Macca- oces. He was married to Mary Ethel Gadd m Craig on April 20, 1908. Besides his widow and mother, surviving surviving him are 10 sons and daughters, Alfred and Thomas Blevins, Mrs. Lu- :ille Mack, Mrs. Laura Entzminger, >aig, Colo.; Bruce, Ray, Bobie Dean, Clara and Grace Craig, Provo- Mrs, Luella Crosthwait, Meeker, Colo.: four grandchildren; a brother and two sisters, Mrs. Clara Bower and Earl Blevins, Craig; Mrs. Alpha White, San Antonio, Texas. Friends may call Sunday at the Berg mortuary at Provo. The body will be taken Sunday night to Craig for burial. a
