Republican Veterans' Mass Meeting. New York. Nov. 1. An audience filling Cooper Union and overflowing into the corridors last night attended a rally and mass meeting of veterans for the cause of Roosevelt and Fairbanks and applauded tbe speakers, who themselves were survivors of the civil war. Major General Daniel E. Sickles presided and made the opening speech and was followed by Major General Oliver O. Howard. Warner Miller. General I. S. Catlin of Owego, General Horatio C. King, Wallace Bruce and Colonel John W. Yrooman. COLUMBIA CELEBRATES.
