Aug. 7.--(By' The Associated Press.) --Accused of -having- formed s. $3,000,000 -. arson ring,-five business, men w-ere arrested here -Friday charged' with, arson and defrauding an insurance company. In · addition the quintet will be charged with conspiracy, .District - Attorney ' Asa Keyea. announced,- following- the arrests. · · The men under -arrest *re: Ben Rossow, proprietor of a cloak ' and suit company which burned June 25 with a loss estimated at $40,000; H. Meyers, head, of a furniture company which burned July 2 with a loes of $110,500- Max-Rachoff and H. Levlton/ owners of a millinery company and- Fred Kaplan, an accountant. The investigation on which the- complaints were based .-was made by P. T.
