Mr. Boyd, Mr. George Ross Hopkins, son of James Hopkins, Esq., to Miss Ann Rei - rart, daughter of Adam Reigart, of thia bo - rough." From - the Lancaster Journal! of Friday, Dec. 30, 1814. "Died, on Wednesday evening last, June 5th. 1816, Col. George Ross, son of the late Col. James Ross, of this borough. His condition had been much impaired by ever - e privations in the Southern army, - where he displayed the abilities and courage of a soldier. He resided at New Orleans and came to this neighborhood, neighborhood, principally for the benefit of his heat - th. But Providence directed other - Tvise, and he has gone to that bourne from which1 no traveler returns.' "On Dec. 20th, Mrs. Mary, wife of Joahna Scott, civil engineer, in 73d year of her age." Lancaster Intelligencer. Jan. 1, 1839. Mrs. Scott was the only daughter of Hon.
