Vincent, a he Is survived hy another daughter, Mrs. George W. Ellis LaJolla, Calif., a eon, George M. Jr., of Albany, N. Y., six grandchildren, grandchildren, Martha Vincent Of Pair- field; Mrs. Fred Barry of Old Greenwich; Mrs. Ord Preston ol LaJolla; Holbiook Ellis of Portage, Portage, Me., and George Barnes, III, of Neiv Havem and Barbara A. Barnes, Albany, N, Y ; nine Krandchildren, and one great-great- grandson.
