Jest Caused Trouble, He Says. According to tbe rtory Allen bad told his friends, last Thursday ilgfct he went to the rear of the engine house to ret a drink of water. When he returned to the front part -of the engine house he noticed another member of the company bad apparently been watching him. "Wei I Allen says he eaid in Jest, "did you see my girlT' 'The matter was reported to Allen's superior o tticers and he u promptly suspended. It is understood J. Harry Johnson, fire chief, will prefer charre against Alien before the safety board Wednesday. Allen was lieutenant of the company prior to the 'present administration.
