to of NOTICE OF DEATH AND OF PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE OF JOSEPH HORRY GILLEY CASE NO. 21066 To all heirs, beneficiaries, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may be otherwise interested interested in the will or estate, or both, of JOSEPH HORRY GILLEY, JOSEPH H. GILLEY, GILLEY, JOE GILLEY A PETITION has been filed by BY DONALD LEE GILLEY GILLEY and THOMAS WILLIAM WILLIAM GILLEY in the Superior Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino, requesting that DONALD LEE GILLEY and THOMAS WILLIAM GILLEY be appointed as personal representative representative to administer the estate of the decedent. THE PETITION requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Independent Administration of Estates Act. (This authority allows the personal representative representative to take many actions without obtaining court approval. Before taking taking certain actions, however, however, the personal representative representative is required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or consented to the proposed action.) The independent independent authority will be granted unless an interested interested person files an objection objection to this petition and shows good cause why the court should not grant the authority.
