Lower Valley Woman's Club Invites Federated Groups to Tea Lower Valley Woman's Club will have a federation tea from 3 to 5 p. m. Thursday in the clubroom at Valley Community Center. All members of the Lower Valley Woman's Woman's Club and the Junior and Senior Woman's Clubs of Ysleta are invited. Special invitations invitations have been sent to federated clubs. Past presidents of the club act as hostesses with Mrs. C. W. Gordy and Mrs. R. C. Dickson as co-chairmen. Those assisting are Mmes. J. B. Paden, H. J. Sherwood, J. W. Bolton, Bolton, J. D. Love, Edward Starr, F. W. Greuiing, Marion D. Cook, John F. Lane, J. C. Sales, Kenneth Carroll, Ben D. Donaldson and R. H. Espy. Doing honors at the tea table will be presidents of the federated clubs in the area. They are Mrnes. Leo Hamilton of Ascarate Woman's Woman's Club; George F. Peer of Beau- mont Woman's Club; W. L. Devin of Biggs Officers Wives Club; T. H. Watkins of Ft. Bliss Officers Wives Club; "W. H. Hancammon of Logan Heights Officers Wives Club; B. B. Bell of Woman's Progressive Club; Dean Earp of Woman's Club of El Paso; Victor Anderson Jr. of Young Matrons; Roy C. Chambliss of Ysleta Woman's Club; C. L. Dulany Dulany of Hudspeth Valley Woman's Club and A. A. Preece of Rio Valle Woman's Club. Mrs. Henry W. Geyer. chairman of decorations announces that the tea table will be covered with a yellow organdy cloth over yellow satin. Accessories are to be in sunshine yellow_ end coral with brass candelabra. The receiving line will include Mrs. J. Stoney Porcher president, Mi-s. 0. H. Cheek, incoming president, president, and the past presidents. Background music for the occasion occasion will be furnished by Mrs. D. G. Withrow.
