4 Ohioans Die In Vietnam WASHINGTON (UPI) - The Defense Department Monday identified 83 U.S. servicemen, including four Ohioans, as kill ed in the Vietnam War. They include: Army Spec. 4 William P. Neutzling, husband of Mrs. Patricia J Neutzling, Pomeroy. Spec. 4 John Tallion, son of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Tallion, East Orwell, Star Route 66. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Thomai E. Combs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rhudell Combs, Dayton. Pfc. Charles C. Kibel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey L. Kibel, Penrose. The department said Neutzling and Combs were killed in action and Kibel died of wounds received in action. Tallion was transferred to the killed in action list after previously being listed as missing In action.
