NATHAN LEISURE WILL FILED ! Gives Income From $6,000 to Church, Two Sons Being Executors. Special to The Indianapolis News MARION. Ind.. April 2S. The will of Nathan Leisure has been admitted for probate in the Grant circuit court, the former banker having lived at Leisure, Grant county, at ,,the time of his death. George W. and Benjamin F. Leisure, his sons, are named executors of the estate, and they have given $75,000 bonds to carry out the provisions of the will. Nathan J. Leisure had distributed 2.SO) acres of land among hia children prior to hi death. One item of his will provides that IS.0OO be invested bv the trustees ami the proceeds be given semi-annually semi-annually semi-annually to the narmony cnuren at Leisure. Omer Leisure, Leisure, a grandson, is to receive $6,000 and $2,000 is to be paid to the widow.
