Maj. Gen Charles C. Pat* (ilio, commander of Loss ry Technical Training Center, Denser, Coin., since September September 197:1, was selected as sice commander of ATC, replacing Maj. Gen Hubert VV Maloy who retires Sept. 1 Brig. Gen. Warren C Moore, Officer Training School (OTS) commander and vice commander of Lackland Military Training Center, ss ill replace Maj. Gen. Pattilln as Lnwrv com mander Sepi, 1. Col. George D Moore Jr., assistant deputy chief of staff for logistics at ATC, ss ill replace Gen. Moore as OTS commander Sept. I. Brig. Gen. Melvin G. Bowling, commander of the Strategie Air Command's 4th Air Division at Francis F Warren AFB. Wvn., will be ATC s deputy chief of staff for operations, replacing replacing Mai Gen. Henry L Warren who retires Sept. I. Boss ling’s assistant will be Col. Harry Falls Jr.. svho has been commander of the 47th Flying Training Wing at Laughlin AFB since June 197*1. Brig. Gen. Andrew P. Iosue, deputy director for personnel programs at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, will take command of USAF Recrpitmg Service July n Iosue succeeds Maj Gen. B. L. Davis, who moves to Headquarters USAF as director director of personnel plans in the office of the deputy chief of staff for personnel. Davis has served as commander commander of Recruiting Ser* Col. Moore vice since June 1974 Brig. Gen. (Selectee) Daryle E Tripp, deputy director for force development development in the office of the deputy chief of staff for plans and operations at Headquarters USAF, will become ATC’s deputy chief of staff for technical training training July 15. He replaces Maj. Gen. Charles G. Cleveland, who moves to Headquarters USAF as director of personnel personnel programs in the deputy chief of staff for personnel office. Cleveland has been at ATC Headquarters since June 1972.
