MRS. GARTH RICHARD MacMASTER Wed In Paradise Church Joan Terese Brown, daughter cf Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Brown of Whitefisn Point, and Garth Richard MacMaster, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon R. MacMaster of Sault Ste. Marie, were married at Our Lady of Victory Church at Paradise on June 28. The couple exchanged vows before the Kev. Robert Kennedy in an evening ceremony. ceremony. The bridal gown of white peau de soie was fashioned with an empire waist, a front panel of lace and a train. Lace in a flower design held her full length veil. Her flowers were yellow and white chrysanthemums. chrysanthemums. Mrs. Marilyn E. Chisholm of Detroit was matron of honor for her sister. Mrs. Ella Brown of Whitefish Point and Mrs. Judy Flowers of Kalamazoo, another sister of the bride, were bridesmaids. bridesmaids. Their dresses of blue peau de Eoie had sleeves of light blue organza and accents of blue and white lace. The same lace was repeated on their blue bow headpieces. They carried diamond-shape diamond-shape bouquets of blue and white daisies. Dr. Gordon MacMaster was his brother's best man. Thomas W. Brown Jr., Jay Flowers of Kalamazoo and Harold W. Chis holm of Detroit ushered. At the reception in the White fish Township school, Aueline McLean, Mrs. Elizabeth Mc- Lean, Mrs. Laurel Graham, Susie Criqui, Susan Norman, jynn Biedelman and Patricia Jraham assisted. Mrs. Brown received in a light ?ink silk dress worn with white iccessories. She had a corsage of white rosebuds. The bridegroom's bridegroom's mother wore deep pink with white accessories and had corsage of pink and white rosebuds. The newlyweds are honeymooning honeymooning in New England for wo weeks and will be residing in Paradise. Both are graduates of Loretto Catholic Central High School and are elementary teachers. The bride earned a i bachelor of science degree at Nazareth College and the bridegroom bridegroom received his B. S. degree at Northern Michigan University. University.
