Henry J. Bickley - Hunnon Will be Discharged. Postmaster Harrity...
Hunnon Will be Discharged. Postmaster Harrity said yesterday that he had requested Contractor Henry J. Bickley to discharge James Hannon.the reckless driver who upset a mail wagon while drunk on Monday. Monday. The drivers of the mall messenger service service and of the letter - carrier wagon service aro the employes of Contractors Thomas Gannon and Henry J. Bickley, whose contracts contracts are made direct with the Post Offlco Department, Department, Washington, D. C. In view of the misconduct of Driver Hannon Mr. Harrity has no doubt that he will bo dismissed by Mr. Bickley. The carriers who were thrown out of the wagon were only slightly injured, with two or three exceptions, and even in these cases it is believed that their injuries will not interfere with their continuing work.
