Tho United States Circuit Court presented presented the aspect .of a furniture store yesterday afternoon whilo Judge Araldon was hoaring arguments In the Prufrock injunction case. Tho complainant, Harry Prufrock,, asks an Injunction restraining the Evans-Smith Bedding and Upholstering Company, George D. Evans, Henry T. Smith and John H. Campbell from manufacturing and using certain improvements In connection with tho manufacture of folding couches. Among the exhibits In the case were three large-sized folding beds and as many ouches, bosldes a table full, of models. i .'dee Amldin during the hearing occupied a oat on oim of the couches. Atlorneys for the complainant were heard 3i-t rday. Tho case was continued until this morning.
