Leeman Davis ANDOVER — Leeman Davis of Hill St., died Thursday in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, after a three-month illness. A lifelong resident of this community, he was born Dec. 11, 1907, a son of Pearl Coats Davis and the late LeRoy Davis. Mr. Davis had been employed at the Sinclair Refinery in Wellsville for 28 years and HIP past three years was a janitor at Alfred Tech. He was married Jan. 7, 1928 to Beatrice Carson, who survives. Also surviving in addition to his wife and mother are: two sons, PR3 Clarence Davis, USN, and Everett Davis of Andover; and a daughter, A2-C Jean Davis, USAF. Funeral services will lie conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in the James B. Mulholland Funeral Home by the Rev. .J o li n Holmes, pastor of the Baptist Church. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. Friendx may call at the funeral home from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., beginning tonight.
