Woman Involved In Shooting Committed To State Hospital PARKER, S.D. (UP) -A woman who said she shot her .brother-in-law to death because ^'tattled" on her when they were children,'was committed voluntarily voluntarily to Yankton State Hospital. State's Ally. John Zimmer said here today Mrs. Charles Sailer, 57, was taken to Yankton Saturday for a series of mental testa to determine her, sanity.' He said the commitment was voluntary and temporary and that papers were signed by himself, Mrs. Satter's husband and her attorney. She was charged with murder the shotgun slaying of Louis at the Charles Satter farm 7 south of Marion, S. D. Mrs. pleaded innocent by reason of in- ssnity Saturday and hcr-csse-is scheduled for the September term of Circuit court. Zimmer said Mrs. Satter wlil come before the court at that and a jury will decide whether she is sane enough to stand trial. Mrs. Satter said she killed her brother-in-law because she bore a grudge against him since childhood.
