8 Piedmont. SW NE 7-1N- one one Pleads Insanity [n Shooting Of Husband's Brother PARKER, S. D. (/P) -- A vife from near Marion, S. D., ilcaded not guilty by reason of nsanity Saturday to a murder charge in connection with the Pooling death of her brolher-in- w. Mrs. Charles Satter, about 57, vaivcd preliminary hearing here and was bound over to the September term of circuit court. Louis Satter, about 6 5 , - shot to death in his brother's icme Friday afternoon. A coroner's coroner's jury has rtilcd that Mrs. Satter fired the three fatal shots. Mrs. Satter, a rather large woman, was neatly dressed when she appeared for the hearing tore Justice of the Peace John J. Jorgenscn. Mrs. Satter remained composed, composed, but she seemed somewhat discouraged and a note of confusion confusion crept into her voice at times when she was questioned. Court officials said there was a possibility of a sanity hearing next week for Mrs. Satter.
