8 Piedmont. SW NE 7-1N- one one At Pleads Insanity [n Shooting Of Husband's Brother PARKER, S. D. (/P) -- A vife from near Marion, S. D., ilcaded not guilty by reason of nsanity Saturday to a murder charge in connection with the Pooling death of her brolher-in- w. Mrs. Charles Satter, about 57, vaivcd preliminary hearing here and was bound over to the September term of circuit court. Louis Satter, about 6 5 , - shot to death in his brother's icme Friday afternoon. A coroner's jury has rtilcd that Mrs. Satter fired the three fatal shots. Mrs. Satter, a rather large woman, was neatly dressed she appeared for the hearing tore Justice of the Peace John J. Jorgenscn. Mrs. Satter remained composed, but she seemed somewhat discouraged and a note of confusion crept into her voice at times when she was questioned. Court officials said there was a possibility of a sanity hearing next week for Mrs. Satter.
