ALICES. BRAY Alice Bray Of Provo Dies at 79 Alice Rose Summerville Bray, 79, of 659 N. 600 W., Provo, died at her home Sunday from a heart attack. She was born in Mammoth, Utah, on April 14,1892, to George and Elizabeth Ducket Summerville. Summerville. She married Clealon Bray on July 17, 1910, and he died on Sept. 29,1932. Mrs. Bray received her early education in the American Fork schools, having graduated from high school there. When she married, she and her husband moved to Eureka where he worked in the mines. They moved to Provo in J914 when he went to work as a carpenter at the Ironton plant. • After her husband's death, Mrs. Bray worked for the school district lunch program and later for Alger's Cleaners. In 1950 she began working for Utah Valley Hospital in the laundry. She retired from there in 1960. She was a member of the LDS Church. Surviving are four sons and two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Myrtle) Armitstead, Pleasant Grove; Max Bray, San Francisco; Francisco; Kenneth Bray, Provo; Mrs. Leonard (Wanda) Mann, Taylorsville; Liston Bray, Midvale; LaMar Bray, Copperton; Copperton; 1 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, one brother and one sister, Clyde Summerville, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Mable Short, Anchorage, Anchorage, Alaska. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel under the direction of Bishop Delbert Warner. Friends may call at the mortuary from- 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday prior to servi services. Burial will be in Provo City Cemetery.
