The two men became good friends and Marshall promised that after Hader had patronized him for half a century he would be entitled to free haircuts. Hadcr, now 73 and a retired employe of the city Department of Public Works, started cashing in last month. Marshall, 75. operates his barbershop at 965 Milwaukee Ave. in partnership with a son, John.
