John Henry King Last Rites
Last Rites Today For John Henry King Funeral services for John Henry King, well known Mexicoan, who died Wednesday evening, were held Friday afternoon at the Arnold Funeral Home. The Rev. Philip Byron Carlisle, pastor of the First Christian church of which he was a member, conducted the services and interment was in Elmwood cemetery. Music for the service was furnished by Mrs. Kenneth Gooch, organist, and Mrs. O. D. Austin, soloist. Those serving as pallbearers were: John Shaw, Randall Quisenberry, Leo Hall, Howard Summers, Charles Kehl and Louis Williams. Assisting with the floral arrangements were Mrs. H. Ross Vance, Mrs. Gayle S. Oiler, Mrs. Leonard Snyder, Mrs. Shaw, Mrs. C. H. Nichols, Mrs. Milton Clark, Mrs. Dorsey Griffith and Mrs. Williams.
