Dan Southerland. traveling salesman, who was injured when his car overturned after he suffered suffered a stroke near Idabel, Okla., died at the Sanitarium of Paris Sunday at 5 p.m. The accident had occurred Friday afternoon. The body was taken to Cooper Sunday afternoon for burial by Delta Funeral Home, at the Odd Fellows Cemetery after service at 3 p.m. Monday at the Methodist Church. He was the son of Mrs. J. Southerland and a brother of Mrs. Monroe Stubblefield, both of Cooper. He had had a room here for the past year in the home of O. W. Howard, 125 N. Main.
