Woodward. One bill charged Floyd Morrison. 19. and Kenneth Dai is. 21 with violation of the Djfr act alleging they stole an automobile near Wood; bine. Ill . and transported it into ' Minnesota. The two youths were ' recently released from Pontiac I where they had served 20 months I for a similar offense.
