I'IcKain at 523 Woodlawn Ave.; Mr. and Mrs. John O'Dell at 107 Hill St.; Mr. and Mrs. David Lickliter at 221 Vine St., Mrs. f reda Casto at 242 South Heber St.; Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Bleigh at 208 Dorcas Ave., and "proclamation phase" will be at 7:30 p.m. March 3 through 8 with Rev. Paul Frederick speaking in the South Heber Street Church. Rev. Frederick is the pastor of the 600-member Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church at Grayling, Mich. Born in Chicago, 111., he spent iis high school years in Detroit, Mich., and began preaching in Detroit seven years ago after ;raduatioon from the Oberling School of Theology. ORDAINED as a United * Methodist elder in 1967, he has served in five Michigan and two Ohio churches. In 1969, he was asked to serve the resort community of Grayling and there he led four New Life Missions, developed ski and lake side ministries and a home visitation program. Rev.
