JUSTICE OF PEACE AT OAK GROVE DIES OAK GROVE, MO., Nov. 8,--(AP) --Thomas M. Vermillion, justice of the peace here for 55 years, died last night at his home. Although confined to a wheel chair, Vermillion or "Squire 1 as he was called by his friends, had planned to vote the Democartic ticket in the election today. He was 85 years old. He was a native of Virginia served in the Conferedate army a member of the 16th Virginia Cavalry. He came here in 18S8.
