JOHNEJOUDY DIES SATURDAY IN LITTLESTOWN John E. Moudy, 77, one of Littlestown's best known citizens, died at his home on West King, street, Littlestown, Saturday morning at 11 o'clock following an extended illness. He was one of the promoters the Littlestown Hardware and Foundry company and of the Littlestown canning company and was one of promoters of the Newark Shoe company, which 25' years ago began shoe industry in Littlestown. At one time he owned and operated the stone quarry business now conducted by W. D. Sneeringer Sons. He was a real estate Littlestown for 25 years and was the baking business at Boonsboro, Md., before coming to Littlestown. A son of the late Frederick Elmira Hoover Moudy, he is by his wife, the former Sarah Huffer; two brothers, Lewis Moudy, Hagerstown, and Frederick B. Moudy, Holidaysburg, and a number nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. Lutheran church, Littlestown, and of the Ancient Order, Knights of Mystic Chain, and Patriotic Order Sons of America, of Littlestown. Funeral services this evening at
