Mrs. Nancy Gaffney Riles At Jerseyville Friday JERSEYVILLE", Aug. i6-Fun- eral services for Mrs. Nancy La- vlna Gaffney, 80, who died Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Alon, will be conducted Friday at 2:30 p. m. In Jacoby Bros, funeral home by the Rev. Arthur A. Vinz, Dastor of Jerseyville Baptist hurch. Burial will be in Oak rove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p. m. .oday. Mrs. Gaffney, who was the widow of Willinm Gaffney, was born Oct. 19, 1863, in Greene county. She was he daughter of the late Isam An- trobtis and Eunice Howard An- robus. Surviving are three sons, Henry Saffney of Alton, Thomas Gaffney )f Fidelity and John Gaffney of Vood River; four daughters, Mrs. Rose Wade and Mrs. Ellen Brown of Jerseyville, Mrs. Alice Carsten of Pasadena, Calif., and Mrs. Myrtle Smith of Fidelity; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grontichll- dren, 5 great-great-grandchildren; brother, William Antrobus of Alton, three half-brothers and a mlf-slster.
