on the agriculture Albert men School assembly Hold Rites For Victim Oi Truck Lawrence Marr, Of Fennville, Killed FENNVILLE, Feb. 15.-- Funeral services were held in the Burch funeral home in Fennville this afternoon at 2 o'clock for Lawrence Marr, 43, who died of injuries received last Thursday afternoon in an auto-truck crash on highway US-31, between Fennville and Holland. Burial in McDowell cemetery. Mr. Marr. farmer, residing near Fennville, died in a Holland hospital from injuries received when he was struck by a truck as he from his stalled auto in the snow at the side of the road. Marr walked to the rear of his car when a truck, driven by John Huinza, 55, of Chicago, sideswiped the car and smashed into Marr. car was pushed many feet up the pavement. The victim and Mrs. Marr were driving from Holland to their Fennville home. Mrs. Marr, who sat the car, was not injured. Her husband's skull was crushed. Truck driver Huinza is held by the sheriff's department at Allegan until the investigation is completed. He told officers he was blinded by the storm and did not see the disabled car at the side of the road. It was a Grand Rapids truck was enroute to Chicago loaded seven tons of onions.
