Article detailing Dr. Clarence C. Little's Directorship of the American Birth Control League (Planned Parenthood) whilst being President of the eugenical Race Betterment league. Little was also a former President of the American Eugenics Society and eventually became President of ABCL, which changed its name in 1942 to Planned Parenthood.
