Hiram P. Rogers Claimed By Death Painter Here Since 12 To Be Buried Friday

Hiram Polk Rogers, 69, painter, who lived in Danville since 1912 died late Wednesday at Ephraim McDowell Memorial hospital, following an operation. He had been ill two years. Born Sept 27, 1880, he was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church, West Danville. Survivors include the widow: Mrs. Mary E Rogers; three sisters, Mrs. John Leathers, Danville; Mrs. Maggie Guy, Lockland, Ohio, and Mrs. Tennie Watson, Hartwell, Ohio, and two brothers, Millard Rogers, Gerrard County, and Fritz Rogers,
