 - Elizabeth Black, wife of David Black, filed...
Elizabeth Black, wife of David Black, filed bill in equity, averring that in January, 1887, her husband deserted her and has'not contributed to her support but taken away all personal property; that he is the owner of two tracts of land in the county; that James Black, a son, has entered judgments against David Black, issued executions and made levy upon all property; that David Black is not indebted to James Black and that the judgments are given for the purpose defrauding the creditors of David Black and of taking from his wife her dower, and are the result of a conspiracy for these purposes between David and James Black. She prayed the court to stay the executions and enjoin the collection of the judgments, and after giving the bond required, her prayer was granted.
