be physician's CONTINUE CASE OF WOMAN HELD ON ACCIDENT CHARGE Miss Charlotte Utterba'k went on trial Monday afternoon in Justice Fred Hoyt's court charged with leaving the scene of an accident. A car driven by Miss Utterback collided the evening of April 20 with another driven by Miss Elizabeth Heer Miss Marie Bretz, a passenger in Miss Heer's car, was injured. A warrant later was sworn out for Miss Utterback's arrest. Miss Heer and Miss Bretz both were on the witness stand in the trial. They testified that, as far as they knew, Miss Utterback did not stop Miss Utterback did not testify Monday. Previously she said that she stopped, but that by the time she got out of her car and ap- pi cached the persons in the car, they had got in another automobile and had left. The trial was continued to 2 o'clock in the afternoon of Tuesday, May 12, to permit the calling of additional witnesses.
