Former Archbald Tax Collector k in Critical Condition at His Home UNCONSCIOUS 30 HOURS Young Man Says State Troop er Placed Both Feet Against Parent's Stomach CONSULTATION IS HELD Patrolman of Up - Valley Borough Accused of Having Hand in Affair With his father, Thomas J. McDonnell, former Archbald tax collector, lying unconscious and at the point of death in an adjoining room of their home, Thomas J. McDonnell, Jr., last night related the incidents that led up to his alleged injury at the hands of a state trooper and a member of the Archbald police force on primary election night within a stone's throw of the McDonnell home.
