Harry Burke Frink, 30, Chicago, Chicago, uttered his threats in court of Mayor John Wood as he was being charged with as sault with intent to commit murder in the wounding of a officer here Thursday night. Frink said, "It doesn't make any difference what they do with me, I'm still going to her--I'm going to kill her and her mother." Because of the threats, Wood ordered Frink bound over to grand jury on an'unusually $100,000 bond. Frink refused an attorney, saying "I've got a lot of The maximum sentence on charge is 30 ytfars in prison. Frink went on the wild spree Thursday night because his had taken their four children and left him. His wife had re cently warned local police her husband had threatened to kill her and reclaim their children. Wood said Frink told him he "wants the four children and I'm going to have them."
