THREE ' BOYS BIASGIEB. The - r Were Trying to Crosa the Railroad ' Track In Front of an Unseen Engine. PoTTBTn.ur, Pa., July 23. A shocking accident occurred this morning on the Philadelphia ' & Reading - railroad near Mahanoy City. Three boys, sons respectively of Charles D. Kaiser and Wad - linger, prominent business men of Mahanoy City, and J. A. - Hoilly, ex - Recorder' of Schuylkill - countv; - : - of, Shenandoah, were - driving in - a. - buggy from Mahanoy5 City' to Prackville. As they aaproached the railroad crossing a passenger train passed, closely - followed by. the little combination engine' and car Transit. " Wad linger, who was' - driving, apparently not observing the Transit, attempted to cross as soon as the passenger train had passed. The Transit struck the bpggy, smashing it into splinters, killing the horse and terribly injuring the boys. Wadlinger was thrown forty, feet and shockingly mangled. "O
