the orders. co-operation of of including and and interior LUIOER MEN'S MEETING. The first social winter meeting of the Lumber Men's Club took place last even- ng at the Stag Cafe. There were a large number of the members round the festal board. At the conclusion of the dinner a mo tion was made to have the club indorse the movement to organise the Cincinnati Receivers and Shippers' Freight Bureau. The motion waa carried unanimously. There will be a meeting In thla city on October 14 of the Board of Managers of the National. Hardwood Lumber,. Associa tion. An invitation will be extended to the board to hold next year s convention.. In this city. W. A. Bennett waa delegated to present the claims of Cincinnati at the meeting. Ex-Governor Francis, President of the St. Louis World's Fair, has extended the organisation an Invitation to hold the convention in the "Hoo-Hoo" Building on the World s Fair ground.
