I At a committee hid for King George county , October 3,1776. THE fub - committee for the upper dif - trict, who were directed by an order of the committee of the 10th of lalt month to tender the oath prefcribed by the late Convention to all fitfpcded perfons within their dillrict , having reported , t hat they hid tendered the (ame to the following perfons, inhabitants of the town of Falmouth, viz. David Briggs, William Love, 'J times RobiCon, Edward Moore, George Hamilton , William Blair, , Dugald Bannx - tyne, and Robert Dunbar, I who all refufed to take the fume, it is ordered, that they be feverally difarmed, and deprived of I their 'ammunition, as the faid refohuion requires j and that the clerk tranfmit a copy of the entry on the minutes reflecting them 1 4 Mr .
