.Miller & Itnseman, Isaac Miller and Lemon Roseman. installment dealers ou Gough' street, under the firm name of Miller ifc Roseman, are required by an order signed by Judgo Phelos to show causo by September 10 why they should not ne declared insolvent debtors. The application was made in the Court of Common P.'eas by the Armstrong Stove nnd Manufacturing Company, the Reliable Furniture Company, T. Norris & Co. nnd Augustus W. Martin, through Otto H. Droege and S. John Lion, attorneys. It is based on nn aggregate indebtedness of about S500, and it alleges that Miller & Roseman havo wrongfully disposed of their stock.
