Apollo Couple Wed At Double Ring Rite Marriage vows were exchanged by Marjorie Elizabeth Rose and Keith Oliver Oliver Tardivo on June 25 at St. James Roman Roman Catholic Church in Apollo. The Rev, H. Burke officiated at the double ring ceremony. Mrs. Paul Metro provided provided traditional wedding music. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Rose, Apollo. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Tardivo, Apollo RD 3. Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride appeared in a white gown of sugarcane and pearl enriched embroidery embroidery with a slightly gathered skirt extending extending into a chapel train. Her French silk illusion veil was secured to a sugarcane and Venice lace cloche. The bridal bouquet was a cascade of white marguiette daisies accented with miniature yellow roses and baby's breath. For something old, Marjorie wore a diamond and pearl lavaliere that belonged to her great-aunt, and pearl earrings belonging to her maid of honor Leigh Ann Calderone, Apollo, was maid of honor, wearing a long pale green dress with matching ribbon on her white picture hat. The best man was AQAN Charles Weaver, Apollo, and serving as ushers were Dennis Rose, brother of the bride; Ronald and David Tardivo, brothers of the groom; and Daniel Duse. A trumpet duet, "We've Only Just Begun," Begun," was played by George Rose, brother of the bride, and Scott Ruhe for the recessional. Following the wedding, a reception was held in the Marconi Club in Leechburg. Leechburg. The new Mrs. Tardivo is a 1976 graduate graduate of Apollo Ridge Senior High School. Her husband, a 1974 graduate of the same school, is serving with the United States Navy in San Diego, Cal, The couple is making their home at 851 13th St., Apt. E, Imperial Beach, L.31.
