FUNERAL NOTICES "Snowbird", and was a great dancer. George had a generous heart, "care" for people, helping them in any way he could, had a sense of humor and a great infectious smile. He was a gentle man, soft spoken. His favorite quotes were: "take it easy going over those tracks & knolls", "until we meet again" and "let,s go fishing". He is survived by his daughter Donna (Dawn) Long of Ukiah, son Ronald Allen McCutcheon and wife Carol of Montpelier, VA, sister Glenna Spade of Summersville WV, grandchildren Heather Fairchild and husband Tim of Richmond, VA, Aimce Windsoe of Montpelier, VA, Camille Buchanan and husband Kelly of Raleigh, NC, Amyre Sheldon and husband T.W. (Thomas) of Glenn Allen, VA, Stuart McCutcheon of Montpelier, VA and 4 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Ilarene McCutcheon, half-brothers Reginal & Loren McCutcheon, half sister Aretha Huffman, mother Anna Bolar-Rader and father George Henry McCutcheon, SR. Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service on Friday February 4,2005 at 10:00 AM at the Ukiah Cemetery. Funeral services will be performed by VFW Post 1900. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity of your chos- ing. Arrangements under the direction of Eversole Mortuary. \ GEORGE HENRY MCCUTCHEON, JR George Henry McCutcheon, JR died Friday January 28, 2005 in a local nursing home. A native of Summersville, WV, he was 83 and was a resident of Ukiah for 56 years. He graduated from Nicholas High School (1942) in Summersville, WV. He was a millwright at Masonite Corp for 331/2 years. He was the 2nd man to sign up as a laborer in Oct. 1952 after being on the Corp. construction crew that built Masonite. He was very proud of his family, providing for and loving them. He helped win WWII serving in the US Navy rated as EM2 at sub bases; Pearl Harbor & Kodiak, Alaska, .aboard the USS Guardfish (sub), USS Fulton (tender).
